WATERMELON MINT ICED GREEN TEA

 

Ingredients:
350 ml (1 1/2 cups) watermelon juice, blended then strained 
400 ml (1 2/3 cups) green tea, chilled 
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 lime
Handful fresh mint 

Directions:
1. To prepare, brew green tea and let it chill.
2. Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend, then strain using a colander.
3. Add mint, lime, chilled green tea, watermelon juice, and honey to a jar.
4. Stir well and serve in a glass over ice, garnished with a slice of lime and fresh mint. Enjoy!
